How long will it take to get my new hat?
Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your new hat. Keep in mind that additional factors such as custom design work (including adding 'Extra Fru Cheese') and holiday ordering may extend the time to receive your hat. When choosing your preferred shipping method at checkout, please note that your selected time is applied after the order has been fulfilled, processed by our hatters, and is officially ready to leave our facility.
How do I properly handle my hat
The proper way to handle your hat is ALWAYS by the brim. There is no proper side of the brim to grab from, you pick. The hat will remain intact and essentially last longer when handled properly by the brim.
How do I store my hat?
The longevity of your hat lies in how you store it. The BEST way to store your hat is in a hat box with your hat nested upside down. If you don't have a hat box, the next best thing is to store your hat on a flat surface, upside down, and away from windows and humidity.
Can I wear my hat in the rain?
We don't advise that at all. Hats are not umbrellas... remember that. Unless, the hat’s material is indicated as waterproof, take an umbrella or leave it at home for safe measures.
How do I care for my new Fruition hat?
It actually depends on the material of the hat. The best thing to do is re-check your email for hat care instructions or contact us if you've had an oops-moment and need specific hat care.
How do I pack my hat for a trip?
In a suitcase, it is best to pack your hat upside down with clothing wrapped around the base of the hat, as if you are building a nest. Next, place your swimsuit or socks inside the hat to maintain the form of the hat’s crown. Last, place lighter clothing items on top of the hat to keep its shape intact to ensure safe hat travels.
