How long will it take to get my new hat?
All Fruition hats are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 6–8 weeks for production and shipping. Custom design work (including “Extra Fru Cheese”) and holiday demand may extend this timeline.
When selecting your shipping method at checkout, note that shipping speed applies after your hat has been handcrafted, fulfilled, and prepared for shipment.
How do I properly handle my hat?
Always handle your hat by the brim. There’s no designated side—just avoid grabbing the crown. Proper handling preserves your hat’s structure and longevity.
How do I store my hat?
For best results, store your hat upside down inside a hat box. If you don’t have one, place the hat upside down on a flat surface, away from windows, heat, and humidity to prevent warping.
Can I wear my hat in the rain?
We don’t recommend it. Unless your hat is specifically labeled as waterproof, keep it dry. Hats are not umbrellas—use one or leave the hat at home during wet weather.
How do I care for my new Fruition hat?
Care instructions vary by material. Refer to the hat care guide emailed after your purchase. If you’ve had an accident or need specific care advice, feel free to contact us.
How do I pack my hat for travel?
Place your hat upside down in your suitcase and build a soft clothing “nest” around the base. Fill the crown with socks or swimwear to keep its shape. Finish by placing lighter garments on top for added protection.
